My path is not that of a simple negotiator or property manager: it is that of a construction professional who has spent four decades in direct contact with structures, building sites and demanding owners.

Trained as a carpenter (Swiss CFC diploma), I led residential building sites before moving independently into technical property management for several agencies, as well as private property sales and villa marketing.

This dual expertise — technical and commercial — allows me to assess a property for what it truly is: its structure, its potential, its points of caution. A clear-eyed reading, free of guesswork, that grounds every recommendation I make.

My USPI training, recently renewed, reinforces this expertise in the face of increasingly complex real estate matters.

My approach draws on uninterrupted hands-on experience since 1986 — carpenter, team leader, end-to-end site management across every trade — a foundation of construction knowledge, from the simplest to the most complex, that remains a rare asset in prestige real estate.
