1. Protected Content

All elements making up the omyria.ch website — text, layout, visual identity, OMYRIA logo, graphic charter, site structure and source code — constitute a work protected by Swiss copyright law and applicable international conventions, and are the exclusive property of OMYRIA, unless otherwise stated.

2. Prohibition on Reproduction

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the Site's elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from OMYRIA.

3. Logo & Brand Identity

The "OMYRIA — Prestige Properties" logo and all elements of its visual identity (monogram, typefaces, colour palette) are original creations protected by law and may not be used, reproduced or modified without express authorisation.

4. Protection of the OMYRIA Name

The name "OMYRIA" is the exclusive commercial identity of OMYRIA — Prestige Properties. OMYRIA reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity that registers, operates or offers a website, brand or any other medium whose name begins with or reproduces the name "OMYRIA", combined with any domain extension whatsoever (including .fr, .be, .com, .it, .at, .pt, .es, or any other similar national, generic or hybrid extension), where such use has not been authorised in writing and is likely to create confusion with OMYRIA's business, identity or reputation. Such use will be considered an act of name misappropriation and unfair competition.

5. Photographs and Visual Content

Some photographs used for illustrative purposes on the Site come from licensed image libraries and are used in accordance with the terms of their respective authors. Photographs of properties actually represented by OMYRIA remain the property of their respective authors or principals.

6. Reporting an Infringement

If you believe that content on the Site, or a third party, infringes our copyright or our name, please let us know via our contact form, specifying the elements concerned, so that we can carry out the necessary checks.

7. Governing Law

This page is governed by Swiss law, in particular the Federal Act on Copyright and Related Rights (CopA).
