Independent advice
My building expertise since 1986 allows me to offer advice suited to each situation, to decide whether to sell or renovate, according to your budget. You are free to choose your contractors, but I always recommend experienced firms with solid references and, if possible, local ones. If you entrust us with coordinating works, we state it in writing, with the conditions, before any commitment.
